Account Deletion Instructions

At cecess, we respect your right to privacy and offer a clear path to delete your account and all associated personal data. To comply with Google Play's Right to be Forgotten requirements, please follow the steps below.
How to Delete Your Account
Step 1: Open the cecess mobile application on your device.
Step 2: Sign in to your account.
Step 3: Navigate to 'Settings' via the profile tab.
Step 4: Tap on 'Delete My Account' at the bottom of the menu.
Step 5: Confirm your decision. Your account and all associated data will be processed for immediate deletion.
What Data is Deleted?
Upon confirmation, the following data is permanently removed from our active databases: your user profile (name, email), all transaction history, account records, custom categories, and generated financial reports.
We do not retain copies of your financial data once the deletion is processed.
Manual Deletion Request
If you are unable to access the mobile application, you can request manual account deletion by emailing us at support@cecess.com from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 48 hours.
