Account Deletion Instructions

At cecess, we respect your right to privacy and offer a clear path to delete your account and all associated personal data. To comply with Google Play's Right to be Forgotten requirements, you can use any of the methods below.
Option 1: Delete via Mobile App
Step 1: Open the cecess mobile application on your device.
Step 2: Sign in to your account.
Step 3: Go to Settings.
Step 4: Tap on Profile Information.
Step 5: Tap 'Delete My Account' at the bottom.
Step 6: Confirm your decision by approving the deletion prompt.
Your account and all associated data will be permanently and immediately deleted.
What Data is Deleted?
Upon confirmation, the following data is permanently removed from our servers: your user profile (name, email, phone, date of birth), all transaction history, account records, custom categories, AI-generated reports and insights, and all related metadata.
We do not retain copies of your financial data once the deletion is processed.
Option 2: Request Deletion via Email
If you are unable to access the mobile application, you can request account deletion by email.
Send an email from your registered email address to info@cecess.net with the subject line 'Account Deletion Request'.
Your request will be processed within 3 business days.
Option 3: Submit a Deletion Request Form
You can also submit an account deletion request using the form below. Please provide your registered e-mail address and the reason for your request.
